Vodacom unveils Fourways store designed by Dakota Design

Johannesburg, November 2021 – After months of careful, collaborative planning and design we are excited to see this technologically advanced Vodacom store come to life in Fourways. This phygital store of the future is the perfect blend of a streamlined digital customer experience and personal interaction offered in a way that only bricks and mortar stores can achieve.

The Dakota Team worked closely with technology partners and the Vodacom Team to integrate an enormous amount of functionality from 24/7 self service kiosks to developing an extremely flexible category management and communication system.
