Flagship Cape Union Mart wows Fourways customers

Fourways Mall, 23 August 2019 – working closely with the Team at Cape Union Mart, Dakota Design has unveiled the next-generation of Cape Union Mart stores at its new Fourways Mall location. The dramatic 7m high glazed façade was leveraged to achieve maximum exposure for the Brand. The Dakota team introduced “fit-for-scale” shop front furniture in the form of a shop front sign comprising 1m tall letters and a 2.5m wide by 6m tall video wall. Because of the Brand’s outdoor nature, greenery played a large role in our approach to this store. Apart from the “hanging garden” walls, we introduced 2x hybrid trees into the space, complete with bird sounds which have proven to be hugely popular with customers.
